I've got a Softbank X01HT (bought since 1.04 days) that was unlocked with the first rev of Pof's great tools.
I bought a US Cingular GoPhone prepaid SIM off ebay. When I activated it and stuck it in the first thing I got was the white SIMLOCK screen. After digging around the forums and hearing about the Welcome.exe problem I ran the imei-check tool and got the simlock screen to stop showing. I saw a note about the radio possibly not being unlocked so I ran Pof's 3a unlocker to unlock the SIM but not do the SuperCID.
Unfortunately, the card still shows no service. Putting back in my Japanese softbank SIM immediately gets signal.
Any ideas?
