increase microphone sensibility

Hi,

i have a qtek 8310 and when i want to speak about private things, i speak lower but on the other side they could not ear anything but on my side i ear them very clearly.
So is there some registry tweaks to adjust the microphone level so i could speajk very low and have a audible volume on the other side.

With my old alcatel 735 phone, i could speak lower without problem for the other side people.

i'm intersted too, this problem occurs by using the voice message function from Windows Live Messenger.
