Cannot get a web connection.

I have no idea what I am or am not doing I just cannot connect (an have never been able) to the web.

I can only access this when I have my usb plugged in - the moment I unplug it doesn't want to know.

I've tried setting up new connections, editing existing connections, accessing wifi networks.

I got this because it was meant to be the bee knees and it probably is but what am I not doing or doing wrong.

The message I get is "Cannot connect with current connection settings. To change your connection settings, tap Settings."

Could someone please advise what the GPRS settings are for 02 contract.
