IMEI can Be Change?

Hi Guys i would like to know if their's a way to change my old IMEI to new one, was stupid i bought my 750 from unknown person without knowing that it was block from the network provider jeez so i lost my money, so im here to ask if their's any way of changing it in order i can use it again as my backup phone...

There is software out there to do that, but as you might know, that's illegal. :( Sorry.

ohh i see but i dont have any choice i cant use my unit if i dont do that T_T i wish i can look that software asap lolz.
