T-Mobile UK EDGE support?

Does anyone know if t-mobile uk supports EDGE?

I don't get an E icon on my phone, but don't know if this is the phone or the network.

According to the 'pedia, T-Mobile supports EDGE, HOWEVER it does NOT say if it is supported in the UK. I would suspect it is though. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Just had an e-mail from T-Mobile UK. They only support GPRS, HSDPA and 3G. They do not support EDGE.

Shame as I only have an orbit - which only supports EDGE (for high speed).:(
