can someone please tell me how to put tomtom 5.2 on my lobster i am running vista ultimate and it dose not have active sync thanks for any help

I've got Vista and I have to load something called WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICE CENTER to connect with my Smartphone, hope this helps?
