easy way to change boot screens like wizard?

so has neone made the 3-splash screen changer like the tut script in the wizard forum? i installed black majik but still have some of schaps boot screens i wanna change all 3 to a plain HTC smart mobility screen

Do I need to unlock/install anything before I use this with my Trion?
I've recently had a FREE upgrade from O2. I had a wizard G4 (which O2's update bricked!), and have spent a long time reading wiki. I've taken in too much info for wiz and hermes, and am now confused.

You dont NEED anything special to do this but i would DEFINATLY:

Update to HardSPL v7
