View Full Version : Treo 755p SPRINT ON DEMAND Setup Problem

My brother can't seem to setup his SPRINT ON DEMAND application on his Treo 755p.

When the ON DEMAND icon is clicked and the Zip Code properly filed up, the following error message appears:

"There was a problem setting up On Demand (4628). Would you like to try again or exit."

Numerous attempt failed. We even called SPRINT to check if there is something wrong with their system, and they said "NO".

Can anyone help. PLEASE...

You might want to try a forum dedicated to PalmOS.

We pretty much focus on WinMo here being that this is the Treo 750 forum. ;)

Thanks for the tip. I don't know anything about the Treo. Was just asking for my brother. Anyway, it turned out, it was SPRINT who was at fault. Their server was down. How idiotic of their customer support to not know it was down, not to mention the long wait they put my brother on hold. :(
