Backing up Email settings

after flashing roms is there a programe that can restore/backup email account settings,
i downloaded wince cab manager after a search, but don't know were to start with this programme.

Well to help you out i will give you a few links the best way i found is to create my own cab. I flash my phone at least once a week trying out new roms and what not and it has been a hassle getting my e-mail and wifi settings up.

The other thing to note if you are going to create your own cab the command that i found best is

makecab /D COMPRESS=OFF _setup.xml mail.cab
name the text file you create _setup.xml not .provxml.xml at least that is what worked best for me. Hope this helps
