it can't be put on bootloader
you need a microsd card with less than 1 GB of size
then at laptop or desktop copy the .dip files from the rom (specific for JAQ3) in the root folder of the card
then turn off your jaq3 remove battery
put on microsd card
put on battery
press FN Key + Power on
Display will show up green and blue bars
after all bars complete
remove the battery and turn on the phone

that's all

well the right way to hard reset this phone is not really like what mentioned in the previous reply but it s like what follows:

:) Turn off device, hold down send, end and camera buttons. Also press the power button then release all after on-screen prompt.
