T-Mobile T-Zones access problem

Hi,

I have a T-Mobile MDA. When I launch t-zones, it says the following:

It trying to connect to T-Mobile Data (T-Mobile GPRS) and then it comes up with the following error:

Internet error: -8
Cannot dial-up

WinWAP for Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC

Any ideas? I cannot even access standard t-zones to download ringtones etc.
