Okay I am a real newb. I got a phone off of Ebay and it was acting odd so I wanted to upgrade from Cingular 8525 to the new ATT rom but it kept saying it couldn't do it. So I decided to run RUU_HERM_Unlock_v3a, then the it started going and wouldn't go past 0% it now is stuck in the try color screen says herm100 IPL-1.01 and SPL-1.40.Olipro :-( Please help

what you need to do is run HARDspl.. hit me up on AIM and I will walk you through unbricking ur phone

he already has Hard-SPL installed, albeit an old one.

he just needs to use the unlocker again.

Hmn.. Well, that makes sense... I have been talking to him on AIM and he is still stuck in the bootloader, I will tell him to run the unlocker again.
