Unable to Sync or Flash under Vista

Ok guys, It wont freaking sync with my phone. It goes into usb mode automatically. I can't flash or even upgrade the rom?

I followed a guide with custom drivers to enable it. So I did. It still DONT WORK.

now this isnt really a Hermes Windows Mobile 6 issue... it should have been created in "Hermes" or "Hermes Upgrading etc"...

did you follow the guide on www.mrvanx.org (http://www.mrvanx.org) ?? try a different USB port?
