Bootloader Upgrade problem

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my bootloader to HardSPL 7. using mrvanx guide. I my current boot loader is
HERMER 200
SSPL by Des
HardSPL : 1.09 ds

After showing tri color screen it says 0% completed and within 1 sec it says 100 % done. When I hard reset again to check SPL version it gives me the old version number ( SSPL by Des, HardSPL : 1.09 ds). :confused:

It only takes a couple of seconds to update. Put your Hermes into bootloader using the buttons and check again - it should reflect the updated bootloader.

I have exactly the same problem and version numbers. I can try to upgrade it 100 times, the bootloader does not change. Any ideas?
The information on my signature is not true, because my device was replaced. But I want to get there again :-)

I suggest you check the version number again.....unplug the device.....press and hold the side ok button and the power button....then insert the stylus into the bottom of the device.
