Tell me exactly what you're doing. Step by step. Does the mms just stay in the outbox and never send? What happens when you make one and hit send?

1.) Have you tried the mms settings from t-mobiles site
2.) Have you called t-mobile and asked them to send you an upgrade file
3.) Have you tried flashing with a t-mobile rom
4.) Have you tried other mms cabs. I have found a few here on xda let me take a look and see if I can rember where. Know what ill upload them to rapid share and you can see if any help you. But I would use a t-mobile rom and then tweak to my oown specs.

Ok here is the link .... its less than 3mb
But I would still say try a t-mobilr orm ... It worked on all the cingular htc's that I have worked on. Well I unloxked them first but it seems as yours is already unlocked.

I have the Original HTC HK WM6 on my unlocked 8525 with tmobile and here is how I set up the MMS and it works. (I am sure black majic is different but the principle is the same but I will write what it shows on my screen as well)
1. Go to "Messaging" (From "Today" screen or wherever)
2. Click on "MMS" (My device showed 3 options: 1.Text messaging 2.MMS 3. New E-mail Account)
3. Click on "Menu" (within the MMS application)
4. Click on "Tools" from the menu
5. Click on "Options" from Tools. (This should take you to Options screen where it says "Tap an account to change settings)
6. Tap "MMS" from the options given (My device shows a * with MMS)
7. Step 6 should take you to MMS Configuration Menu and under the "Preferences" tab. Do the following (These are optional settings - ONLY STEP D is necessary)
a. "Automatic download in home and roaming network" should be checked
b. "No additional info/prompt while roaming" should be checked
c. "Save sent messages" should be checked if you want to do so
d. "Reject all messages" should be UNCHECKED
e. "Allow delivery report" should be checked if you want to be notified for this
f. "Allow read report" - I have it unchecked for not necessary
g. Set the "attempts before giving up" and "Photo resolution" to whatever you would like to.
8. Now click on "Servers" tab at the bottom. ( These will be your actual settings )
9. Click on "New" and do the following:
10. For "Server Name" you can put down anything. ( I called it Tmobile MMS)
11. Enter exactly this in "Gateway" field 216.155.165.50
12. Enter exactly this for "Port number" 8080
13. "Server Address" is http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
14. Under "Connect via" select "The Internet" option (I am not terribly sure about this but that is how I have it set up and it works)
15. For "Sending Size Limit" I have it set to 300K
16. Select "WAP 2.0" For "WAP Version"
17. Click OK at the bottom of the screen and this should bring you back to the main "MMS Configuration" page where it would show the new account you just created under whatever name you gave it ( Tmobile MMS in my case)
18. Highlight this new account and click " Set As Default" - You are done!
I hope this helps and once again I only went so much in detail so you can get everything at least the way I have it for sure. It worked for me and I hope that it works for you. The only tricky part might be to access the MMS settings since the path maybe different for the ROM you have so the tip is to look for "*MMS". Anywhere you see it, just tap on it and you should be able to get to these settings. Good luck!

That seems easy enough .. Or you can dd the "MMS auto config t-mobile" cab to the set-up.

Wow, these are the same settings in the Lurch cab (I know since I worked with him to create them).
I do have the problem of the MMS sitting in the outbox and then it decides to send itself (this happened on WM5 and various WM6 roms as well).
