Original ROM & CID Unlock

~ is it possible to somehow make a backup of the original out-of-the-box ROM? I have an unbranded QTek S200 that is CID locked. "r2sd all" tells me I have not enough security rights. CID unlocking using the ROM made for this will not help me cause I will lose the original ROM that I want to backup.

So is it possible to CID unlock the phone in some other way?
