Recently I had some issues with my exchange server account and ended up having to manually enter all of my contacts all over again. No big deal. I go into exchange and type them all in from my computer.
Now when someone calls, it no longer displays their name. The contacts are in my phone, saved with a 10 digit number including area code, but when they call, it's as if it's a number that's not saved as a contact, ie, just the number shows up.
I've tried messing with the number formatting (Including parenthesis and dashes, omitting them, adding a 1 in front of the number, excluding it), and nothing seems to help. If I save the contact from the phone, it shows up when they call, if I don't, it doesn't.
Any ideas? I really don't want to go back and enter all my contact on my thumbboard...
Device is a Cingular 8525 running WM6 Black Dymond 3.5.
