View Full Version : TodayScreen not refreshing

I seem to be having an Issue with a few ROMs. If I install / change anything on the Today Screen it does not refresh at all. I have to softreset to make the changes appear. this is getting very annoying since things like TodayAgenda do not seem to be afected by this.

Current Specs:
wizard reTOUCHed 5.2.1413 with Touchflo-cube FINAL
installed apps:
batterystatus@260 (same problem with no overclocking)
todayagenda
phonealarm
psxshut + oxios

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem? Even after a hard-reset the problem is the same. I'd be grateful for any help on this I had no luck while searching the forums.

use normal, good ROM instead...

it could be HTC x-button, if you have 1.5 install, it will affect the todayscreen not to refresh unless reboot. Check this by disabling it in setting, systems tab....and uncheck all options for x-button. If so they only way around it, if you intend to use x-button is to downgrade to 1.0 which doesn't have this problem with wm6.

thanks !!!! it WAS in fact x-button. disabled it and worked instantly

I heard there's a reg fix to be found somewhere in the depths of XDA called "today-set-freeze-fix.zip"
