Can someone walk me through upgrading my Prophet

I bought this Prophet second hand a couple of days ago, and discovered that it has a couple of annoyances such as a slow camera and very slow bluetooth transfer speeds

i decided that the best thing is to upgrade to a new rom..
here are some information of my phone hoping a guru could help me by listing the steps that i should do.
i read most of the tutorials over here but i just want to be sure before jumping in.

i am currently downloading this

is it the right one to flash with? if not plz post a link to the newest/most stable ROM.

you have jamin g3 I think, look for what G device you have in the wiki, g3 or g4
udapte using RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID then unlock CID if you have g3

the bluetooth in the device is not slow as the same as all new mobiles, it is the stupid PIM profile from microsoft, you may use my rom if you want fast bluetooth receiving using dr yar bluetooth, it use also PIM profile but very fast and can show the sender name, and the name and size of the file.

or you may use ftp browser from htc, it will use ftp bluetooth profile and it fast also, the same speed of dr yar, about 64 kb instead of 16kb from microsoft

the camera no hope, I've been contacting HTC I-mate and Samsung (the chip maker) with no reply at all, they wont reply me att all about teh camera.

i upgraded my rom to aserg's latest rom 3.3.13 and noticed a change in bluetooth speed..
u mentioned something about PIM,
where can i find urs and would it make it any faster?

it is not my ROM, I use the same AKU 2.2, it is DrYar_bluetooth witch can send and receive files fatser and show sender name, if you like the current ROm please leave it and search for DrYAR software, the home page of the software is www.mobile4arab.com it is arabic site, as the auther is arabic

it will not miss the system, it is just a program you can exit it if you want, double tap to active

it installed but didnt function well
the sending would pause at 5% or something like that and then the program would crash!
is there another way?
