Deleting Files from Windows

Hi Can someone tell me if there is a way to delete files from Windows Folder? When ever i try to delete it says "can't delete rom files". Please let me know, Thanks in Advance

Well you may not want to try and delete files from there . You may crash and really be upset .... Thats not a good thing to do and I say leave that alone buddy .... If you feel you need more space on your cell then you need to get a better rom or remove other aspects.
