the latests radio stack is 1.19
which one is best you cant say
some people have success with some versions on their
cellphone companys network some have success with other versions
....


Extended is just a list of applications which are autoinstalled
users can unhide and unlock them and add their own
it makes no sense to talk about latests
and even less sense about best as users have been known to
require different sorts of applications on their devices
