urgent help required,wm5,can`t install any program

i need urgent help from all experts here.i have kjam wm5 ppc pda.i dont what happened as 2 days back i use sk tools ,phone mechanic et softawre to get rid of all junk.it did too.after it workd fine but i didnt check that it install software or not.

instead today today when i want to install software it shows this error allways

even soft reset wont work

also i check from start-->setting--> remove program ,i see this thing

I HAVE NEARLY 60% OF MY PHONE + STORAGE CARD 40% MEMORY FREE THEREFORE NO MEMORY ISSUE ,IT ALL REGESIRTY PROBLEM,I THINK SO

friends pls help as i am lot of stress & i have to go out of station for month so want to install software like encylopedia & smartmovie in order to pass my time but it wont let me to install software be it of any kind........

Ok ... 1st my eyues may be a little bad but strange I cant read your screens at all in your pictures . But I think more than likely you destroyed your rom . Time to reflash and start over is the suggestion tonight .. Also clearer pictures would be nice ...
