If you need to ask this question, then you're not ready to upgrade and need to do a lot more studying in this forum. All the information you need is already here.

Ummm... you're in the very forum that it's located in. Here's some helpful guidance:

1. Go here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=284292) to find out if you have a G3 or G4 model. (It's very important to find out)

2. Unlock your phone. Go here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=285435) for G3 models or here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293480) for G4 models.

3. Pick whatever WM6 version tickles your fancy, located here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=356). (Don't start some thread asking which one is best either, people will kick you in the butt for asking.) ;)

4. Look at the wiki (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Wizard). It has links and instructions to everything I've already listed.

Word of advice. Don't ask silly questions that have been answered, literally hundreds of times. You could have found out everything I've already outlined in about 20 minutes of looking. Most people here are glad to help, but you have to help yourself first and show that you've made some kind of effort to find out the answers to your own questions. You've clearly not done that at all here.

Also, read everything very carefully two or three times before attempting anything first.
