2mb Pagepool wm6 rom

may be this thread need to be in the different place but i cannot find any wm6 rom version with 2mb pagepool, i know that there are possibility to make it with myself but no luck - if somebody know any rom with ram>34 Mb i will appreciate your post!Thank you

just my 3 cents, as i am not pr0...

almost ANY ROM is able to have >34 mb mem free, i did this by tweaking and cutting this and that on:
core 1.0
core 2.0
NxS
Pathfinder
See no Evil
NTS
Pandora
etc, etc...

Generally - it is posible on almost ANY ROM that have <8mb pp.
cache - 64 kb, unused kbds removal, driver cache minimalisation(yes yes..trueffs2-3, etc,), wise wiping out /startup, wlive removal, few 0's in registry(meh), registry deffrag, wise today configuration, today plugins removal, and you are done...:P

35-38 mb is not that hard to get... i think that temp camera driver removal should do the trick(PM if you want easy, reversable method - 1 .cab to do the trick - on/off).

Undoubtely - 2 mb pp is method for troubles.

it "Should" work, if only cam reg entries for different builds of ROMs are same...i think it is.

short procedure:
install cab.
uninstalling it will make camera unavailable = + more mem.
install cab to make camera work again.

long(safe)procedure:
do backup of
/hklm/drivers/builtin/camera
/hklm/drivers/builtin/cameradriver
i.e. by using total commander( just copy these entries as catalogs to card or mem.
Then install cab(it needs to be used like that). You may need to wait a bit, then...
uninstall my cab from /menu start/settings/remove to reomve cam drivers, and do softreset.
To reinitialise cam you need to install that cab again(and again, wait a bit) and soft reset.

please, do backup of your default entries - in case, that my cab won't work for you.
i can make cab for you, if entries are different, than mine(i think it is universal at this point..)ones.

i think it is good method to gain 1-2 mb...
