mms help

hi guys, first off im using a unlocked spv m600 with a vodafone sim (on contract), i used the orange rom and then installed the vodafone.cab file to set my gprs and mms up. the problem im having is the mms wont seem to work. i have no problems with the gprs, that works fine altho i cant connect to vodafone live (which i understand is a down to the phone itself). with the mms i have a mms configuration option in messages but if i try to switch accounts i only have sms and email. however if i do try send anything by mms it only always me to send it as a email not mms. the other option is take a picture and the sent it straight away, if i try this option all that happens is i get a black screen. has anyone else had the same problem ? or is there a simple fix?

which vodafone cab file did you use, im having trouble with both my GPRS and MMS, i have used a cab file and it looked as thought it was going to work then came up with an error message. im using a prophet with a PAYG sim, is yours a contract?
