help terrible mistake i updated wrong rom

i made a mistake and updated my imate jamin with the rom below

now my jamin does not open red and blue lights blink very short and no other response i can not upload another rom because jamin does not start help please

my jamin does not enter bootloader mode and also i can not hard reset it :( screen blinks for a short time and it does not give any response
