Hardware Version A and P

Start --> Settings --> system --> About --> Phone

i got one treo 750 (Unlocked) after 5-6 weeks tuchscreen stoped responding and i got second one also (UNLOCKED) i had it for a few weeks

BUT there is one intresting difrence between too

First one with faulty tuchscreen have hard ware version "P" and new one "A"

question is the hardware version related to falty screen as im not only person who have same tuchscreen problem ?

whot is the diftence between two versions A and P ?
are there any other ?

im experincing the same problem. the device was working fine on WM5 and sometimes the touchscreen stops responding and then works again. I upgraded to WM6 it worked fine for a week then again, after a soft reset the 1st touch on the screen respondes then nothing happens again. Checked the hardware version it's "P"

I have version A. I've had the phone for almost an year and never had a problem with the touch screen.
