Touch Screen not working

When i wanna get up from my bike,suddenly my phone fall from my jacket.The battery came out.When i insert back the battery,the phone is working but the only thing is my touch screen is not working.The screen has no crack at all.I tried hard reset but it stuck at the tapping configure.I believe my phone is not spoilt.Can anyone help me settle this problem..Thanks a million.:(

First thing I would do would be to remove the battery and leave it over night, at least. Preferably a few days. Sometimes that corrects problems that regular hard resets doesn't do anything with. But it is possible that there's a bad connection between the touchscreen and the rest of the unit. Also you can buy touchscreen alone on eBay. They're not that expensive, I think I saw one for 16 dollars.

I've tried pull the batt overnight.but it still the same.Ive tried dismantle my wife atom & tried my wife atom lcd it's working..u are right MASTIFF its the touchscreen alone faulty.so where can i get the touch screen alone?me staying in Singapore.drop me the site pls..thks bro..for yr answer.U the man..!!!

Look at eBay, as I said. Search for Atom and touchscreen, and you should find it. I just did. Costs 20 dollars with shipping.
