I ran a sirfstar program, tried to switch it into sirf protocol, bang. Its dead.
Soft reset does nothing. Cant connect on either nmea or sirf modes.
Any Idea?
It seems to be outputting data, but the baudrate is wrong? just random crap coming out, but at the interval that it used to send nmea. Changing baudrate in coms package makes no difference.
Looks like the port is locked at 9600bps, and you cant connect to it at any other rate, you always get 9600.
However, the GPS chipset is trying to output 32800 now? ANy ideas, please!
I need to fix this.
UPDATE - fixed it..
A battery pull did it.
Nothing else would, after pulling the battery its dropped back to correct settings.
