Contacts Problem & Button question

Three of us at my work all have new Trinity's. This happens with all of us. If you go into contacts and press menu and view by company then try to do a search then the machine freezes. Has anyone else noticed the same thing? Or if you try it does this happen to you?

Secondly, in settings, personal, buttons I only have two buttons listed as ones which can be personalised. The 2 on the right hand side. Other machines list all the buttons which can be changed, (possibly 6 or 7 of them) Why is it just 2 on the trinity? :confused: Can I change either of the ok buttons? What is their purpose? Why have two buttons which seem to do the same thing?

Any answers would be appreciated.

It doesnt actually lock up on mine but it does take 10 seconds or more to begin the search by company. You are better off holding down the d-pad and scrolling through the alphabet.

Try AEButtons Plus. It may give you more flexibility with the buttons.

The two OK buttons are great if you use the scroll wheel. One is for D-Pad and the other is for when you are using the wheel.
