usb device not recognized

hi,

I've got 2 usb desktop cradles for my xda orbit. Every time when I connect my orbit I get this error:

The phone charge...
Why is it like this? I tried different usb ports...

The phone connection works only on usb cable...

I sometimes get that with a USB lead. Have you tried changing the USB setting in the Connections properties?

Incidently, I never had it until M$ updated the Vista drivers.....
