Find a rom that suits your needs best. There's no one best rom out there, otherwise we wouldn't have a variety to choose from. Pick a rom, go with it, and if you like it...great. Otherwise try another. Also, try and look through the forum, questions like this have been asked numerous times.

if you looking for a rom with very particular things, the best thing to do is to cook it yourself. At the top of the forum there are kitchens in which you can add just about all the things you listed into a rom, and then load it up to your phone.

None of these roms are necessarily the "best". Each cook is looking to accomplish something different with their rom whether it be the use of touch, flat out speed, or something that is very stable.

If you are new to the forum, then I encourage you to read the wiki, and go through a bit of the posts. This is a developers forum, not burger king... So no one will make it your way, but there is the info to TEACH you how.
