no service after upgrading to Hima_-_Helmi_AKU3[1].5_ROM_SP2 ROM

dear gentleman,

im werner from germany and first there are excellent people in this forum. many thanks to this peoples. my problem is designed as following. by the way i am a great newbee in pda.

i get a second hand qtek 2020 from vodafone as a gift and i want to upgrade to any english version. i have to install some programs in english so i dont want install the programms on a german user interface.

so i had read and read and read postings in this forum an finally i upgraded my device to helmis version of wm2005. my device is working properly but when i want to phone i see "no service" in the display. so i have upgraded to radio version 1.18. same problem. can anyone in the forum help me to fix this issue??

does it ask for the pincode?
does it work with other simcards as some sim cards are simply incompatible with some devices
and did you unlock the sim lock ?

many thanks for your help :) :) , i tried it once more and installed the rom on my phone again. i did not make the hard reset on my phone correctly. the phone and i hope all programs works now very properly. :D :D
