I have made an unbranded version of PDAVIET's latest rom, if anyone wants

it would be just perfect if you could take all the softwares... since just like you i dont use any... pshutxp (i hate that crappy skin), hibernate mode and battery on tray, pimbackup... all souns on windows folder, all the themes(i love the simple grey one ) a and so on...

Could you do it? or explain how to?

no iv just changed the splash screens to the original htc ones and welcome picture no longer says "www.pdaviet.net" -eg its no longer PDAVIET branded

Go to start/settings/connections/wireless lan/powermode and change it to best performance.

Maybe this helps for you.

I did that, but it doesn't seem to effect at all..

If there is a bug in that slider app, can I set right powermode straight to the registry?

And yes I am sitting only three meters avay from my router and still getting only about 15% of full signal strenght.

Can U please Just repack the Unbranded Boot Screens Only without the whole PDAVIET ROM ? I mean Only with SPLASH1 and SPALSH2 !!

Hiya.. created my own splash screens and flashed my trin using files below but now i have 3 splash screens....my 2 then pdaviets windows screen...can i change pda viets without re flashing..??

here how I did it, I am not an expert but it works for me.
move the file called (RUU_signed) from the folder of the ROM.
put this file (HTC Splash) instead of it.
just press (ROMUpdateUtility) like you do for upgrading the ROM it only take few seconds and you find that you have a diffrent start screen.
now you only left with one last screen wich you could change it by changing the image file in your windows via active syn called (welcomehead.96). just drag it to windows folder and replace the original one.
I hope you find it good!

So whats the issue?
Give credit to the guys who do the work./
If you dont like the PDAVIET logo then write your own bloody rom. or at least learn how to

I think that PDAVIET put alot of work. But it's Almost Perfect, the Splash Screens are really horrible, these Roms deserve better.
This is why you'll find in this forum alot of complains about how to make the screens better (or at least original)/

We all r searchin' perfection.

sorry mate but if you don't like this tread then why do you write on it, that's your opinion and that's the opinion of others that they may not like the splash screen.
no one said anything about the rom itself is one of the best and is faultless, Thanks to Tom, but that's what the forum is all about, people are different and they like or dislike what they want.
if I want to change my splash screen then I do.
if I could help others I will also do.
I don't think tom is got a problem with this, as he already said that in other tread we love his ROMs, and is our choice to change what we like.
I would only put ROMs from Tom in my devices.

I appreciate what your saying....however..I dont want to see the url...thats a personnel choice..and seeing as this site is about personalising your phone with the help of everyone involved I dont see a real problem...Also I thank these guys for there work!!!..I dont ask for anything like "can you add this or can you do that or when is the next rom coming out".
