No Caller ID using SEA... Help??!!!!

I have installed SEA WM6 very well... But, there is no Caller ID at all... Only Caller number appears when receiving or dialing new calls... Tried searching and reading everywhere since yesterday with no luck...

Please help?

BTW. even before installing any software the problem exist!!!!

Go in a contact, you will see an option like mobile number for pic ;)
