UPDATE or DOWNGRADE help ?

I have this the old OFFICIAL WM6 Rom installed now from few weeks ago:

ROM: 02.10.00
ROM DATE: 03/07/07
Radio: 1.38.00.11
PROTOCOL: 32.71.7020.12H

Problem:

I tryied to upgrate to the new WM6 , Some time I get error at 28%
other time it completed fine, but when i restart it still reads the old rom and nothing changed, all my programs still there...

It made me think to go back to the original WM5 from HTC.
I do that, 100% fine, restart and still no changes ..

Don't get it!

can anybody Help??

I already did that
I have Olipro's Hard-SPL

TRIN100
IPL-0.50

TRIN100
SPL-1.20.Olipro

When I load the boot load it will reload and than
say only

If you have Olipro's Hard-SPL

IPL-0.50
SPL-1.20.Olipro

Still not able to go back to original WM5
