Using buttons other than power to turn screen on: how?

With my old Pocket PC if I hit any button the unit would power on; on my Hermes only the power button. I've looked around trying to find the registry setting to change this functionality (HAS to be there, somewhere). Anyone know where/how to do this?

I am having a tough time trying to search the forums for the answer.

ROM vp3G 2.0 (after downgrading to WLM 1400)

I think this is what you want: Start > Settings > system > key lock & select don not lock buttons.
