Google Maps Oddity

I'm having a strange problem with google maps.
I've got the GPS settings in GM to Com9 - 115200 baud, but it comes back with the error "Your GPS reciever does not seem to be responding"

However, if I load tomtom then close it and then open google maps, it works!

Any of the brains here got an idea whats going on? I'm running the latest radio rom 1.46.30.11 or something along those lines, and a vanilla WM6 install.

I notice that sometime if I am not outside. when the message shows up I just use retry and place it in a better place and works. Just 2 my cents.

same for me. Looks like google maps does not activate properly the receiver. I activate it with PocketStreets.....

Just downloaded the latest version, 1.2.0.9 and its still the same.
As long as its normal i'm not too fussed.
