These are the files of the bluetooth explorer from the OEM of htc kaiser, could somebody please make a cab file of it?

Hi, I noticed your post in the other thread, but decided better to revive this one, I can easily create a .cab of this, but those two .dll files in that .zip arent all thats needed Im farily sure..could be wrong, also on that 16.9mb file the extension is that 7zip? I dont wanna waste time downloading it on this weak Edge connection, to then have to go download 7zip just to open it for a couple small files.

Edit: that .zip is missing BTFtpClient.exe, for one.
