Am i the only one with contact issues after upgrade

since i have upgrade to wm6 my contacts are all screwed i use voice command 1.6 and with some it says 2 found pocket informant shows the sim entries as well as outlook. its very annoying

is there a fix uninstall?

i will be doing a hard rest soon what can i do to prevent this
