my contacts lost

after formating my pc i lost my contacts on outlok and my hermes i have the last lvsw rom 3.30.3.3 and there no beackup how can i restore the contacts thanks

Unless you can get them back off the hard-drive of your PC, I would think you've lost them for good.... Have you lost the .pst file on your PC as well?

what do you do with the .pst file after you find it?

e.g.:

Install Windows and Outlook new on the desktop computer and copy the *.pst file to the outlook folder.

Or take this pst file, go to another computer with outlook and active sync installed, copy it to the outlook folder.

And then: sync

The pst file is outlooks contacts database.
