contacts question

i recently updated my dash to WM6.id like to know how to take out all my sim contacts from the contacts app.i cant seem to discover how to do that.anybody?

click on Start,setting,phone, call options, then uncheck SIM CONTACTS.. i was interested in that too.. i hate to see Double up on number... T-mobile tech support told me that is was NOT POSSIBLE, I WAS STUCK WITH IT.. WELL I GUESS THEY WERE WRONG..
