How can I change the size of ROM

The rom just release WM6 is too small for me to add a chinese font, so can anyone tell me how to change the size of the ROM?

Remove some of the debug apps in the IMGFS, this should give you enough room to fit the chinese language in...

I just use your rom to rebuild, but i can only release 6M files, I just want add a font which name is "Microsoft Yahei",it si 10M, :$...

How do you remove them coz they are in the rom and cannot be deleted!
