My recommendations (but depends on the size of your fingers)

SPD Full Screen KB (about USD10) - good for text entry into documents, not for fields, finger (thumb) friendly
HappyTapping KB - just usable with finger but really needs stylus but bigger easier than standard

I have been using MessagEase (from www.exideas.com) and it has worked for me quite well. I highly recommend it.

It has fewer, larger key that you can either click with a stylus or a finger (large keyboard mode). They have a full trial download, 2 months I believe.

It looks strange at first. But once you figure out the simple logic behind it (taps for most frequent letters, and slides for the other) it really makes sense.

Recently some one at ZDNet reviewed (http://blogs.zdnet.com/mobile-gadgeteer/?p=393) it quite favorably.

Look for a program called SIPS Enable. This will save your keyboard settings after you reset. You can also just set a button to open SPB...

Install SIPchange found here on xda dev. and select the keyboard as default, and it will stay sfter soft reset.

PCM Keyboard works fine on the Touch, I have used both versions on the Touch.

Think he meant it registers what character you want to enter upon release of a key and not when initially touching it.

Hello there,

If anyone is still looking for the dutch Language within SPB full screen keyboard I found a workaround:

Goto:

http://pocketcm.com/phorum/read.php?14,1204

download dict.txt and copy it to the memory or card on your device

Install SPB full screen keyboard on your device

Open dict.txt on your device. select all text. copy text.

Goto the directory of SPB FSK on your device. open customdic.txt
Paste into this file.
Save the file but don't choose the option "as word file" . The file should be saved as txt file with the name: customdic

Then go to settings for SPBkeyboard

go to dictionary

deselect use main dictionary

select use user dictionary

Now you have dutch word-completion while typing.

Im also looking for any fullscreen landscape keyboard. Im using SPB Fullscreen Keyboard at this time, but its letters are too small for me. I mean, Im looking for somthing with REALLY BIG letters. Without any unnecessary buttons, without numbers, just HUGE letters that will fill whole screen. Something like iPhone (not that Im fan of iPhone, its just that its most similar to what Im looking for). Have you guys any ideas?
