In last period , many people became cooker.Why? :confused:
Because people like Guybrush , Ervius and UDK give to comunity theirs works spending a lot of times!
Today we have a lot of "new fantastic italian coocker" who use "bepe kitchen for trinity Italian" by Ervius and translations of mui and applications by Guybrush and UDK!
Unfortunately , sometimes any "new fantastic cooker" forget to give thanks to Guybrush , Ervius and UDK for theirs work!
In my opinion , take other people 's work , declaring it like proper , It's like rob!!!
So I really hope , new build remain only in Guybrush, Ervius and UDK's devices!
For me Lasagna 2.2 is really perfect so i'm very happy for this WM6 release!
Thank you very much to Guybrush ,Ervius and UDK for theirs Great works!

To forget, is no probmel, can be appen, but when I see my "works", my, only becouse I translated them , not becouse I created, and yes, I spent times, and no greetings, but repeat, can appen to forget, but I have to see that other kookers, they became great for theyr rom, when no rgu modifications from mine, no images modifications from originals (guybrush, or udk or me, or some else!), no other works done on rom, I fell me very ungry!!!!, I'm unhappy for people, and like me, I think udk and guy are, for people who wants learn, share, is the soul of a forum, but I have fear to see another italian rom,(also in other forum!) witch "author???", seems to be the creator of universe!!! I would like to share it in italian, in chinese and in english too, right now, but, repeat, I have fear, and think like me, have fear udk and guybrush too. be patient.....

and I think to interpretate also udk and guybrush feelings with this post.

In my opinion , take Dopod work and protect rebuilded rom it's, about moral point of view, the same that take a rom from Gyubrush and add some packages.

when I flash a rom, I sse "Windows Mobile", not Ervius" or "guybrush" mobile, so I remeber that is Microsoft copyrighted, but when I mount and flash ING's rom for i.e., I see "Windows Mobile", and don't know that inside there are udk's works, or guybrush works: only to know how to put italian keyboard (msimit.dll) instead of english WWE keyboard (msim.dll) Udk and me spent around 6 hours on rom....
did you know that??? and someone can build his rom in 20 minutes with new fantastic italian keyboard.........

and now don't want open polemics(this is guybrush space!!!), if you want to continue open specific 3d....

@atropo, Microsoft and Dopod have a team to do that... they can use better tools and they are paid for it... we doesn't, we use to share us time for free to provide people better and stablest rom as possibile and without these kind of people you should wait months to have a ROM upgrade and you will not have personalized ROM with the newest packages and best tools!! So tell me why I should ask thanks to Microsoft ? I paid my licence when i buyed my device... and they doesn't give me the support for the product.... XDA guys as bepe, udK, ervius and also me in my little are doing that free for you.. We are destroing us device with ROM flashes... we have translated all RGU, fix original ROM bugs, found incompatibilities between programs and MUIs, translate MUIs (and sometimes this work is really long) optimize the system and many other things... and each time is a new flash to try... and we doesn't have a cash as Microsoft and Dopod engineers... but we are still here to provide you support as we can. So It's not nice see people that publish their ROM in few days using us work as base... without have a credit, without nobody ask us for use the work we did or say us directly thanks... and after we have to read things like:

"Oh Yes that ROM is wonderful... the best I've ever tried!!!"

while the "cooker" did only a mix of works of others just changing some graphics or adding or removing some packages or changing some registry.. now it's pretty simple cook ROMs because you have almost all ready... Instruments, MUI, RGU and some working ROM with the problems already solved... and I know the hours spent to solve all the problems, the hours to translate things and I know the number of times I flashed my device... to see other people make big front other users while the big part of works is done from others... so that's my point of view. And please stay on topic from now.

The reality is that HTC dont want to release WM6.
THe reality is that Dopod ROM are only WWE and chinese.

So..if u Atropo feel right with WM5 or with WM6 WWE u can give your blessing thanks to HTC, to Dopod and to M$ for their decisions and marketing strategy.

Either way give thanks and praise to whom is bringing and developing Italian WM6 ROM for your Trinity.

I really don't share your point of view. This forum is mostly about editing and modifying Microsoft stuff and Vendor stuff (Forum!!, not thread). Notice that M$ and Vendors are SELLING that stuff, while our developers here do it for pure passion.

Should i say thanks HTC for keeping my 500 euros and giving me only WM5 (while other oldest phone gets WM6)?? ...and again... should i say thank you M$ for you upgrading strategy that keeps HTC from releasing WM6 for Trinity?

Conoscendo un po' l'economia per averla studiata ora Vi dico che siete ad un bivio: o continuate a fare ciò che fate come degli artisti - con il cuore e senza la ricerca di vanagloriosi e riconoscimenti che non verranno mai - oppure fate della vostra arte una professione e perciò vi fate pagare anche profumatamente.
Una cosa però dovete ricordare: il primo hacker della storia oggi lavora per la NASA: ovvero, se siete buoni per fare quel lavoro Vi verranno a cercare!
- Uso con soddisfazione la ROM Lasagna KE6, mi piacerebbe che funzionasse il PPC con la stessa tecnica del PocketCM. Perciò aspetto che Voi facciate prodigi.

In flashare the files of the room they even are damages to you?
You can put the files as it encloses to you from some part extracting them from ROM, therefore I replace them and we see if it is resumed without riflashare?

I's using elias rom since last sunday (if I'm not wrong..).
cause I like the graphics

I needed 3 hard reset in 5 days.

Previously I never made an h-r.

a youth mistake...

Now I'd like to come back to my succulent lasagna as my device is of the essential for my work and therefore it has to perform properly and uninterrupted.

As I've seen, Lasagna is indisputable the best room on the street in terms of performance and stability.

May someone please advise me about the best procedure to switch from elias to lasagna?

thank you very much for your work, your effort and your support.

Use the attached packege to correctly format your device (follow instructions in the zip file), then i suggest you to flash HardSPL by Olipro (search in this forum for it, 1.20 or 1.30 is almost the same).
Once you have flashed HSPL turn your device in Bootloader (press togheter POWER BTN, CAMERA BTN and RESET BTN).
Now, in BL Mode, connect your usb and Flash Lasagna.

PLEASE HELP!!

I'm stuck at 2.2.1 and cannot upgrade to 2.2.2 !!!

I boot into bootloader mode...I activesync connect....run ROMUpdateUtility.exe but after few second I get "rom corrupted error!!!.."...I already tried to re-download the rom 2.2.2 but always the same...

I also tried to run mtty.exe before flashing (damn!! I forgot my sd card in and I format everything!!) but non way to leave 2.2.1 to 2.2.2.

They r not able to fix the Ad2P problem so far even if i stated it 3 version ago of theyr rom. Is soooo clear that they r not able to put their hands deeply in the ROM. On the other hand, not a single problem with Gybrush ROM. SO whatever age he is, he CAN!

no Bobo, I'm not the best in nothing, just I don't like when people ask when I already said many times than I'm waiting something before publish and I'm not the only with the new ROM, the new build can be downloaded from Hermes forum... and also others will be able to cook that ROM for trinity, udK already use the new build, ervius too... that guy said in another thread Fly work better than all others so why he asked me the ROM and not ask him ? I'll publish the new ROM when I want and I don't want to be forced from nobody and nobody have to pretend nothing. That's all ;)

J don't know if is bigger ours disire of new rom than your's to publish them.
J' m not in a hurry and really you can do what do you want about something that is your mental production.
You can share or not share, what's the problem.
About ervius, you and udk it's a long time that we know you are the only that can cook good rom and solve problem.

I'm be due to Lasagna and i want Lasagna.... for my (but it's my personal opinion.....) Lasagna is the BEST..... if Lasagna is not be available i'm lookin for ervius or UDK ROM, but if all of my three cookes are anavailable.... i'm running with old Lasagna that is, for me, OK!

You have to consider that the satisfaction come from friends .... the enemy are a wicked person but you have to not be care of them....

Se casomai non fosse stato chiaro il mio commento non era diretto a Guybrush.
In ogni caso questa situazione sta diventando alquanto "bizzarra" figlia dei soliti commenti dei bambocci con le mani pacioccose. Come ho già detto ho sempre utilizzato le rom di Guybrush o di udK per il mio p3600, perchè mi sono sempre fidato delle loro capacità e dei feedback che leggevo sul forum. Altri "autori" non mi hanno mai dato la stessa sensazione di fiducia. Questo poi si è confermato quando sono venute a galla le verità che ormai conosciamo su come "lavorano" alcuni autori di rom. Non posso biasimare le decisioni prese, certo preferirei il contrario ma capisco che non è assolutamente piacevole vedere il proprio lavoro trattato in questo modo. Del lavoro di Guybrush ho sempre ammirato la qualità, lo stile e la disponibilità di Guybrush a rispondere al feedback. Purtroppo se la posizione resterà invariata e nel frattempo ci saranno progressi tali con WM6 per il trinity da spingermi a farlo, in futuro mi affiderò ad altre rom, probabilmente una WWE. Fino ad allora farò indigestione di Lasagna.

PS: nel caso interessasse a qualcuno ho 29 anni. :)

By the way, this situation is going to be almost "bizarre", borned from the fat hands baby's comments. As i said I've always used roms from Guybrush or udK for my terminal because I've always trusted to their works and the feedbacks I've read on the forum. Other "cookers" never gave me the same sensations, and these were confirmed when the truth came out about the way these "cookers" works. I can't blame Guybrush or udK for taking their position, I'd like they didn't but I understand it wasn't a nice thing to see their work stolen. From Guybrush I've always admired quality, look and feel, and Guybrush's disponibility to answer at feedback requestes. Unfortunately if the state of the things will not change and there will be big progesses with WM6 on trinity, I'll switch to another rom, maybe a WWE version. Until then I'll stick with Lasagna.

PS: If someone wants to know, I'm 29 old.

:D Sincerely i have understood from the beginnin' and i'm stick with Lasagna since the beginnin' (even if I gave a short chance also to the new build). Even in my other post i had only good words for Lasagna and helped with Guybrush morale.

I think that their work can only be called a customization of Guybrush, Udk, Ervius works, and not a real cooked ROM. The signature on some dll is the clue. They just know how to change some images, to put some new cab and to tweak some registry values that they read somewhere in this forum.

U can notice also that those ****in' three have retired their "works" to another forum (ghandi one) and they are suggesting their xda fan to write in the other forum. Maybe we can get completely rid of them in a couple of release :D

ho provato ad installare Lasagna 2.2.2 sul mio p3600 ed è andato in errore. Ho fatto la procedura di recovery ma il telefonino si accende e rimane in una schermata iniziale dove c'è il logo htc con un sole sullo sfondo ci stanno in basso dei numeri in rosso! è già successo a qualcuno??
aiutatemi.. non so proprio come devo fare...

c'è qualche altra procedura per riattivarlo normalmente...??

Tested on two different PC. With other rooms working properly
