Help with Bluetooth....is it my TREO????

I have a Motorolla headset that wasn't recognized by my treo 750. I thought it was the headset so I bought a Palm Ultralight headset (It's a Palm....I thought it would work with my Treo well). Well....my phone doesn't recognize this either. I tried everything...even a hard reset :(
Now my phone detects my other computer (Mac) in another room but not the Headset which I turned on and placed in front of the phone, on top of the phone, behind the phone etc....
What's the deal?

You have to put the headset into pairing mode. If it's the Palm Ultralight, then, with the headset off, hold the MFB button until it turns on and starts blinking blue and red. Then run through the setup assistant and enter 0000 for the PIN.
