Need help with app for security cameras

Need help with app for security cameras, the cab install but the app doesn't work well, I need this app to monitor my home and work cameras, it runs but you cant see it well on the screen. I tested in an ipaq 4700 in wm 2003se and wm5. resolution 640x480 and in a AT&T 8525 hermes. Thanks. :)
