Try This
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings
"ShowRoamWarning" = dword:00000000
if key doesn't exist add one using any regedit program.

I didn't have that key so I added it... soft reset it.., but roaming icon still stays on :( Meaby I just have to use wisbar or some other skinning prog to disable it.
