i upgrat my phone p3600 use the hk ver wm6 when i upgate thell me the version is not right then my phone is stay at 3 colour . how to hard reset

now download asis en version wm6 also disp DQU3-TSKQ556-CLVBC:68-TSKQ556 error
anyone have the p3600 wm6 rom ?

Hello

You have to puch three botons, those are the two screen botons and the soft reset.
soft reset is on the botom
the two screen botons are above the pick up and hang up botons

Then all at onse puch them

@jaaphooi. I think he means that he has flashed a rom without CID unlocking first, and is now stuck in bootloader. In which case a hard reset will not do anything.

if so

@ldlian. you will need to get the original rom which matches the original branding of the phone. then read the stickies in the upgrading trinity forum.
