Hello!I have got a qtek 2020.When i call a number ,I'm not hear anything in the speaker,but the system sounds are ok.what's the problem???

After uninstalling a buggy ringtone/reminder utility I had the same problem. I drained the batteries and the problem was gone. My data wasn't gone, had everything backed up on PC but I had to reinstall all software manually. Trusted the wrong backup utility. Wise lesson:
-I shouldn't experiment with free software too much
-And if I feel tempted I should first test, then trust.
